Journal articles not available from the RHCML can be requested from another library through interlibrary loan.

ILL Order Policy |
. RHCML ILL Services provides articles for users at no cost. |

. In order to use the service effectively, users are encouraged to check the e-resources available at RHCML portal before ordering. |

. RHCML staff process up to 3 requests per week per user. |
|
. All requests must be submitted electronically via our portal. Only clinical emergency request can be accepted manualy. |
